Please Read Belows Install Details!!!!!

1. Please ensure to use the up-to-standard oil;

2. Before installing please ensure the oil is empty and clean the oil tank , filtrating equipment and oilway;

3. To prevent idling wear the pump should be full of oil;

4. Belt tensioning should meet the requirements after - sales maintenance manual;

5. Suction tubing cannot leak , screw all the nozzles and check whether exists oil leak situation.

6.Full the oil tank and start engine keep the car work idly, ensure the steering system full of oil, at the same time the oil level will come down rapidly, to prevent the air come into the steering system you need to add the oil steadily, after 30 seconds turn around steering wheel until the gases were scheduling the net;

7. Repeat few times the above-mentioned actions until there is no gases in the tank;

8. Light-off the engine and check the level of the tank, If needed put some new power steering pump oil;

9. If after installment there is no power from the pump, increase rate of idle turn appropriately and turn around the steering wheel;

10. No more than 5 seconds when put the steering wheel to the  Ultimate position ;

11. We took no responsible if you do not install the pump as described;

12. If there is a little noise when you using it ,please don’t hurry it’s normal.
